Between 2022 and 2024, about six guests described dated rooms, thin walls and old bathrooms, and two said the rooms did not match the website photos. In June 2026 one guest who had to leave an hour after check-in because of an emergency was unhappy with how the hotel handled it. A September 2026 guest said the rooms need minor renovation.
