In October 2026 one guest said the owner cancelled a confirmed reservation shortly before they flew to Italy because the hotel was fully booked. In July 2025 one guest reported small rooms, a musty bathroom, cockroach-like insects and an incorrect bill. A 2024 guest said electric car charging was sold for cash without notice. Rooms without air conditioning were hot in 2017.
