Why people love it

• Staff. Guests name Eliza, Alessandro and Moreno as friendly and helpful, and say they gave useful tips on sights, parking and restaurants.

The stairs are the most common complaint. The B&B is on an upper floor with no elevator, and guests in August 2026, April 2026, May 2026 and earlier years mention carrying luggage up 2 to 6 flights. A November 2021 guest also heard noise from other rooms. A 2023 guest had a dispute about a benefits-program booking, and a 2022 guest said no one answered the door.
