In June 2026 a guest reported rude treatment from the receptionist on arrival and called it a terrible experience. Earlier, a June 2024 guest had a booking date mix-up, an April 2024 guest found the third bed in a room for three barely a bed and not made up, and a November 2022 guest found rooms small and dark on the ground floor.
