Why people love it
- The view. Almost every recent review mentions the view over the gulf, Vesuvius and Capri, from rooms, the terrace and the dining room.
- Breakfast. Guests describe plentiful, varied breakfasts led by one of the owners, Gino.
- Nibilu restaurant. One guest ate dinner at the hotel for six nights, and another called it one of the best in Ischia.

Rooms and upkeep. In July 2026 one guest said their room needed replacing and another said the sheets were not changed for three days and the bathroom was cramped. A September 2026 guest called the furnishings dated and the room small. One guest mentions noise. A 2022 guest said the hotel advertises a pool it does not have.
