The worst thing guests say

Older guests raised real issues. A June 2025 review found the ground-floor rooms cramped and dark with windows on a narrow street. A 2022 guest heard neighbors through thin walls, and a 2021 guest mentioned stairs everywhere and weak evening lighting. In September 2023 one guest reported dated rooms, stained bedspreads and hair in the bed. In October 2026 a guest called the staff unfriendly. Several lower ratings are about the restaurant food, including a September 2026 dinner visitor who disliked the fried food.
