The worst thing guests say

Heat and noise are the most common complaints from overnight guests. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, and three guests between June 2025 and August 2026 said the room was hot or that they had to open windows to loud outside noise. Other guests mention no television and no heating (October 2025), and a July 2026 honeymoon couple wrote about a reservation problem with the owner. In 2022 two guests were moved to apartments about a mile away without breakfast after being offered an upgrade.
