Three guests in October and November 2025 gave one star: two described indifferent reception staff, one for 140 euros a night, and one said the marketing implies vineyards at the hotel when it is on a busy square. A 2025 four-star review also called the website slightly misleading. In May 2026 a guest was charged a 9% table fee at dinner. Older reviews from 2023 mention weekend motorcycle noise and a new manager.
