Room and information problems. In September 2025 a guest booked a valley view room and said the view was a wall from two small windows. In September 2026 a wedding guest found the accommodations and service disappointing. In October 2026 a guest booked a Sunday stay for dinner and found no dinner is served on Sundays. Several wine tasting and restaurant complaints came from visitors, not guests.
