The worst thing guests say

Among the 10 stayer reviews since June 2025, the two lowest are 4 stars and both mention service. In August 2026 a guest said service was lacking and there were not enough staff. In June 2025 a guest waited 15 minutes at reception, then searched the property for someone to hand over the key. One July 2026 1-star review reads only "Terrible place, avoid" and gives no details. Reviews from 2019 to 2023 by visitors and event guests include rude restaurant staff, a five-course lunch that lasted five hours, and objections to the horse carriage rides.
