Noise at night was raised twice by suite guests. In November 2025 a guest in a second-floor executive suite said it was impossible to sleep every night, and in January 2024 a guest in the penthouse suite heard the elevator. In July 2026 a guest who booked the wrong dates said the hotel would not refund the booking. Some older reviews found the breakfast repetitive over several days.
