The worst thing guests say

In 1-star reviews from 2021 to 2026, seven guests describe problems with the valet parking: wrong-way bus lane fines, a car not registered with the town, and a car seen being driven around the city. Two guests in 2022 and 2023 were charged 20 to 30 euros to use the pool and spa, and one in 2024 said there is no air conditioning in the cooler months. In September 2026 one family found the superior room not worth the price. Fleas were reported in 2019, and nothing similar appears in recent reviews.
