Noise from the square at night was raised in August 2023 and August 2025, and a guest in June 2026 said room 12 gets bar noise. Two guests in May and June 2025 described unfriendly reception staff, and one said guests were turned away. A guest in September 2024 found ants in the room, and another in August 2025 had no air conditioning. Many low ratings are from rooftop bar visitors about drink prices, such as 30 euros for two glasses of wine in October 2025.
