The worst thing guests say
Complaints about specific rooms recur. A guest in May 2026 had a window facing an emergency stairwell, and another in February 2025 had a hot interior room that smelled bad when the window was open. In June 2025 a guest listed poor maintenance, and two guests in June 2024 reported noise from other rooms and a standard double reached by stairs. Insects were reported in 2022, and nothing similar appears in recent reviews.
Insider tips
- Book a superior room or a junior suite, as one guest said the difference is large.
- Ask for a room that does not face the stairwell or the interior of the building.
- Use the garage and ask for directions before you arrive.
