Room quality compared with the photos is the repeat complaint. Guests in September 2025, October 2023 and 2022 said rooms were small and did not look like the pictures. In September 2025 two guests reported broken air conditioning or a breakfast that was not included. In July 2024 a guest reported black mold in a suite and a partial refund. A guest in October 2025 alleged racism at the hotel.
