Security and car problems recur. In January 2026 a guest of a family of 14 said four passports were stolen from the lobby and management did not respond. Guests in September 2026, March 2025 and July 2026 had ZTL fines or problems after using the valet service. Rude staff were reported by many between 2023 and 2025. A guest in July 2025 said the hotel is not equipped for disabled guests.
