Since October 2025 every review is 4 or 5 stars. The most serious older reports are mold in a shower in October 2024, a very poor bed in a panorama suite in September 2024, and a sewer smell in the bathroom in 2020. A guest in August 2026 raised a minor issue, and one in November 2025 noted no bidet.
