The worst thing guests say

Cold rooms and unresponsive staff come up repeatedly. In October 2024 a guest said the room had no blankets and the heating was not enough, and a January 2025 guest also reported a cold room. In July 2025 one guest reported mold and a dirty room, and in September 2024 a guest arriving 15 minutes late was refused entry while the payment was taken. The manager is mostly reachable only by WhatsApp.

• Parking is not at the door, so ask for the nearby address and expect a small charge.
