In November 2022, two guests gave 1 star over extra charges for a private whirlpool, which they said were not disclosed in the booking. In July 2024 one guest gave 2 stars over no wifi in the upper house, a hard mattress and a pool that was not for all guests. Reviews since 2025 are all 5 stars.
