The worst thing guests say

Construction noise is the main complaint from guests. In June 2026 two guests said the hotel has been a construction site for two years, with noise on both sides of the pool, and one said guests are only told on arrival. In September 2026 a guest said the lake-view junior suite faces a noisy highway first. Two guests (December 2025 and May 2026) also had billing problems, including a card pre-authorization that could not be reversed.
