Why people love it

• Location. Guests say the lake and harbor are across the street, and the ferry to Sirmione is a five-minute walk.
• Breakfast. Described by many guests as rich, varied and fresh.
• Rooms with terraces. A guest stayed a week in the Platinum suite with two terraces. Another guest had room 402 with a large terrace.
• Staff. Guests praise the reception, and one guest was upgraded to a lakeside balcony room in September 2026.

The worst thing guests say

Between 2024 and 2026, six or more guests gave 1 star. They mention an old room that needs repair (June 2026), hair on the floor (April 2026), dust and night noise (September 2024), road noise with kitchen smells from a terrace restaurant below (March 2025) and a fish smell (July 2024). One guest said their reservation was cancelled without notice three days before the trip (July 2024). Two other 1-star reviews from 2026 are from people who were not staying, including one refused restroom use.
