In January 2026 two guests wrote that they were robbed twice in a row during an August 2025 stay, despite a fenced, monitored parking lot and a night porter, and said the hotel did not answer their emails. In April 2025 one guest could not sleep because of water flowing loudly in a pipe behind the bedroom wall. Older reviews from 2020 and 2022 called the interior dated.
