The worst thing guests say

Several guests say the property does not match its photos. In March 2026 a guest found mold stains and a poor view, and in 2025 others reported no air conditioning, geckos and insects, and a dirty room. In September 2026 a guest left after one night because of noisy air conditioning and a dirty room. One guest in September 2025 said they were sent to another property.
