• The owners. Guests call the owners warm and attentive, and one says the owner noticed they were having a bad day.
• Gennaro's cooking. A guest ate dinner at the hotel every night and called Gennaro's kitchen exceptional.

The worst thing guests say

Air conditioning is the main recent complaint: in July 2025 a guest had only a fan, and in August 2025 another said the air conditioning worked poorly and could not be controlled by room. Some guests say the decor is dated and the rooms are in a back courtyard that is hard to find.
