• Staff. Several guests say the staff went out of their way, including for a 5:30am departure.

The worst thing guests say

Noise and cleanliness recur. At least three guests between September and October 2026 and May 2026 reported thin walls, street noise or a loud alarm from a nearby building. Guests in September 2026 and October 2025 described a room that was not very clean, and one found used items under the bed. A guest in April 2026 said the air conditioning was not working.
