Why people love it

• The rooftop terrace. Guests praise the top-deck terrace for its lake views, small appetizers and non-alcoholic cocktails, and one guest watched seaplanes from it at lunch.
• Staff who help. Beatrice at check-in is named as warm and welcoming, and Marco at the bar is called creative. One guest wrote that staff went above and beyond.
• The spa. Several guests rate the massages, the sauna and the hammam. Simone is named for an excellent massage.
• Comfortable rooms. Reviewers mention a Nespresso machine and kettle, a good range of toiletries and a modern, relaxing feel.

The worst thing guests say

Two guests in 2026 (May and July) reported missing cash or items from their rooms and said the hotel did not resolve it. Others since 2024 said the lake view was missing or only a sliver, and several said they were charged extra for parking, the spa and other services. A guest in August 2026 could not sleep because of noise, and another in July 2026 said several weddings on the same weekend meant normal service was hard to get.
