The worst thing guests say

Theft is reported by at least three guests: cash taken from a locked safe in May 2025, 200 euros from a locked suitcase in November 2025, and a February 2025 guest who accused staff of searching their room. In 2025 and 2026 other guests said a booking was charged as a no-show, and a guest with a baby was refused entry.
