The worst thing guests say

Maintenance and spa problems recur in the last year. In July 2026 a guest gave 1 star for humidity on a wall by the bed and a smaller room than booked. In June 2026 another cited cobwebs and poor beds. In May 2026 a guest said the hot tub was cold, and in 2025 two guests had spa booking and billing disputes. Earlier, guests reported broken air conditioning in 2023, noise in 2024 and a villa 2 km from the hotel in 2024. A September 2026 guest also found the hospitality cold.

Insider tips

• Check what the spa package includes and get prices in writing.
• Check the exact location of any villa or apartment you book.
• Ask for a room away from others if noise matters.
