In 2026 a guest said paid suite extras such as welcome drink, flowers, transfer and cabanas were not provided, another said management told them to request a refund through the booking site, and a September 2026 guest found previous guests' garbage left in the room. In 2024 and 2025 guests reported a room below the booked category, a green children's pool, unannounced charges at bars, and rude beach staff. A fourth-time guest in September 2026 gave 3 stars and said he would not return.
