Between June and August 2025 four guests described a cold welcome, two found a musty smell in the room, and one said the grounds were neglected. A November 2024 guest reported a conflict with the owner on the road. Older reviews mention rooms needing renovation (2023, 2024) and a sewage smell (2023). None of these appear in reviews since May 2026, and the hotel has five floors with no elevator.
