The access road is the recurring complaint, described as steep or difficult by about eight reviewers from 2018 to 2026, including April 2026. Reversing a car to park is a challenge, according to one guest. Other complaints include a delay for hot water (April 2026), an unheated pool (November 2024) and, in 2021 and 2024, messages from the owner asking guests to change a rating. A guest said money for a July 2020 stay was lost (reviewed in 2023).
