• Front desk staff. Roberta, Ludovica, Max and Silvia are named for check-in and help. Guests say staff handled details before and during the trip.
• Concierge. Guests say the concierge made reservations, suggested activities and arranged transport from Naples.
• WhatsApp contact. A May 2026 guest got detailed instructions by WhatsApp a day before arrival, and a December 2025 guest says staff answer quickly by WhatsApp.

The worst thing guests say

In May 2026 a 1-star guest said the hotel did not tell them about service fees and tried to charge 25 euros per suitcase, and they wrote two messages about it. In December 2024 another 1-star guest wrote that a four-digit debit was taken from their account and was confirmed in writing as a payment. Among the 24 overnight reviews since September 2025, no other guest raised billing. A 2023 restaurant visitor gave 2 stars for small portions and a 28 euro ravioli.
