In September 2026 a guest gave 1 star because the room smelled of mud, and they were moved only to a room with an extra 400 euro charge. A May 2026 guest gave 2 stars and found the inside rundown, with a dirty shower encrusted with limescale, drainage problems and a stained pillowcase. In August 2024 another 1-star guest found the room old and damp with limescale on the faucets. Two 4-star guests in October and September 2026 mention slow lunch service and furnishings that could be improved.
