In 18 reviews since September 2024, the lowest rating is 3 stars, from April 2026. That guest said the price was high for the comfort and disliked floors with no carpet or parquet, cold underfoot. In August 2024 a guest gave 1 star because the room flooded after a thunderstorm and clothes and luggage got soaked. Staff attitude is raised in older reviews: two 1-star reviews in August 2023 about a rude manager, and a 2025 guest who first found the staff unfriendly in March and revised the rating after a better stay in October.
