Noise is the most recent complaint. A guest in September 2026 gave 1 star and said every sound from the elevator and other rooms carried through the walls. Also, a September 2025 guest called the mattresses unacceptable, a June 2026 guest said the blackout curtains do not block light, and a May 2024 guest said reception is open only 8 hours a day and the fridge was empty.
