The worst thing guests say

Noise and service lapses. Two guests in September 2026 complained of a loud DJ party and pounding dance music in the courtyard that rooms overlook, with no warning at booking. A guest in August 2026 also noted weak soundproofing. Other complaints include air conditioning left off at 26 degrees in April 2026, a pool charge in 2021, a cancelled booking in 2023 and a disappointing wellness program in 2025. Several one-star reviews come from restaurant visitors, not overnight guests.
