Room problems that were not fixed. In September 2026 a guest said the air conditioning did not work for two days and that staff behavior made them uncomfortable. In June 2026 another reported poor sanitation. Between 2022 and 2024 several guests reported a broken hot tub, hair on blankets and no room available after payment, along with rude staff. In November 2025 a guest paid for a sea view and had a window problem.
