Two issues repeat. Rooms in an annex or apartment away from the main building: a January 2025 guest was 200 meters from the main building, a November 2024 guest walked to an apartment, and an April 2022 guest in the annex found it cold. Charges: an August 2026 guest said they were misled about parking and electricity charges, a September 2026 guest added the parking fee to the bill, and a November 2025 guest said the hotel took the full payment after a strike stopped their travel. Noise was raised in October 2026, March 2023 and November 2021. A July 2026 guest said the air conditioner did not work in a heat wave.
