The worst thing guests say

Cleanliness is the most repeated complaint. An October 2026 guest found the bathroom floor dirty, an August 2026 guest found hair in the shower and a dirty sliding door, a February 2026 guest found dog treats left in the room, and a January 2026 guest found dirty boxers in a drawer. Air conditioning problems appear in July 2026 (three rooms not working properly, one leaking), September 2025 and June 2025 (28 degrees for two days). In September 2025 a ground-floor guest left after one night when the room filled with ants and staff only sprayed.
