The worst thing guests say

The most serious complaint is from an August 2026 stayer with a 1-star review titled severe hygiene issues, fleas and black mold (the rest is cut off). Temperature problems recur: in August 2026 a guest could not sleep because the room was hot and said two earlier calls produced no result, in January 2026 a room stayed freezing, and in April 2026 a guest said the shower gave only hot water and they changed rooms three times. In June 2026 a guest received a dusty room with the window open. In September 2026 a 2-star guest reported constant vibration noise. In the 12 newest reviews, August to September 2026, the lowest is 2 stars.
