Hotel Cecina Beach

A small beachfront hotel in the pedestrian zone of Marina di Cecina, renovated in 2022, with a sea-view terrace and breakfast until noon.

Why people love it

• Breakfast. Guests praise the homemade cakes and a varied buffet. One guest said breakfast is served until 12:00.
• The reception team. Clarissa is named in several 2026 reviews, including one guest who said she contacted them on WhatsApp before arrival and another who thanked her for advice. Sarka is also named.
• Location on the sea. Guests describe the hotel as right on the beach and in the center of town.
• Parking and beach chairs. Several 2026 guests say parking in front or in a shaded private spot was included, along with beach loungers. Staff explain how to register your car for the limited traffic zone.
• Terraces. Some rooms have a large sea-view terrace, and one 2026 guest booked a room with a hot tub on the terrace.

Why they come back

"We had already been there two years ago and we will definitely be back."

The worst thing guests say

Service falling short of the price. In August 2026 a guest booked a hot tub room for one night and reported insufficient housekeeping and no evening service. In June 2025 a family said service was not up to the price, and in August 2025 another guest said the hotel was not as advertised. Earlier, a 2024 guest was told the room was not ready at check-in, and a 2023 guest could not stand the smell of fresh paint. Most of the other 2026 reviews are 4 and 5 stars.

Insider tips

• Ask the front desk how to register your car for the limited traffic zone.
• Beach loungers are removed at the end of the season, according to an October 2025 guest.
• The free beach chairs may be at the back of the beach, to one side of the hotel.
