Why people love it

The worst thing guests say

Cleaning is the most common complaint. Since late 2025, at least six guests said rooms were not cleaned for days, or described dirty sinks and floors. In 2026, other guests reported a smell of mold (October), insects (August), railway-side rooms that were too noisy, and a neighbor playing music until 5 a.m. (March). A guest in May 2026 said the room they received did not match the bed layout listed on Booking.com. Several guests also describe the surrounding area as unsafe at night.
