"We've stayed here twice now and would love to come back."

The worst thing guests say

Service attitude comes up most. In 2026, a July guest found staff unfriendly and annoyed, a June guest felt singled out over sunbeds, and another June guest said a regular family was no longer welcome. In April 2026 a guest reported bar noise until 2 a.m., and in June 2025 a guest was told of an annex room with no elevator after being promised one for a wheelchair user. Reviews from 2017 to 2021 also cover noise, beds and air conditioning.

Insider tips

• Wheelchair user? Confirm in writing that your room has elevator access.
• Light sleeper? Ask for a room away from the bars and street.
• Towels left on sunbeds for over 40 minutes caused friction for one guest.
