Several guests describe service and security problems. In July 2026 a guest found money missing from the room safe after five nights. In October 2026 one guest said staff were slow to fix issues in rooms and the restaurant. A guest in August 2026 listed problems with their room on arrival, and another in July 2026 called check-in disorganized. A guest in August 2026 also heard loud music from their room at night.
