The worst thing guests say

Between July 2024 and November 2025, seven 1-star reviews from overnight guests raise cleanliness and trust problems. Four describe dirt, bugs or glass on the floor (July 2024, August 2024 twice, and November 2025, which also says the photos were misleading). Two from February 2025 describe a deceptive room upgrade. One, in August 2024, says a paid reservation was not honored on arrival. Since November 2025 the newest reviews are mostly 5 stars, with the exceptions of an August 2025 1-star about a rude receptionist and a 3-star about a tiny room and a 20 minute wait for towels.
