Many low ratings are from visitors to the restaurant and bar who report high prices, such as 18 euros a glass of wine, and weak food. Among stayers, a September 2026 guest wrote that they would give zero stars. A 2022 and 2023 group of guests called rooms old, musty or neglected with weak beds. In 2020 two guests said the hotel would not refund a deposit.
