Complaints are about comfort, not safety. In September 2025 a guest said the rooms are small and the bed was uncomfortable. In October 2025 a guest said the shower is open and soaks the bathroom. In 2022 two guests reported staff communication problems, and one mentioned there are no facilities on site. No complaints about cleanliness or pests appear in the reviews checked.
