The worst thing guests say

The most serious stayer complaints are from 2024 and 2023. In December 2024 a guest found the room very dark and the fridge sticky and dirty, and in September 2024 a guest said a reservation was canceled after more than a month. A June 2023 guest was unhappy with staff treatment at a wedding. In the 20 or so stayer reviews since, from 2025 to October 2026, we found none of these.
