Among overnight guests, the clearest complaints are from November 2025 (3 stars), who found no breakfast before 8 am, eggs not before 9 am, and rooms with poor soundproofing so hallway noise was audible. A July 2025 and a September 2024 guest each gave 2 stars, saying the stay lacked atmosphere, the staff were not proactive, the pool rules were rigid and the pool had insects in it. Many 1 star reviews from 2018 to 2024 come from restaurant visitors about service, prices and portions.
