The worst thing guests say

The most detailed recent stayer complaint is from October 2025 (3 stars): the room was ready at 3:35 pm after a 3:00 pm check-in time, and the guest said housekeeping staff shouted in the hallways. Several older low ratings, from 2018, 2019 and an August 2026 4 star, concern the restaurant's food and service. A 1 star from September 2023 says only 'Squalid.' and gives no detail.
